  • Lead full-cycle technical recruitment across engineering, product, and technology functions.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define hiring strategies.
  • Mentor and guide a team of recruiters, driving performance and best practices.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines using advanced sourcing methods (Boolean, LinkedIn X-Ray, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Google Search).
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by providing market insights, talent maps, and regular recruitment analytics.
  • Ensure process excellence with ATS (e.g., iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever) and maintain data integrity.
  • Drive initiatives in diversity hiring, employer branding, and candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams on workforce planning and talent forecasting.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 3+ years in a lead/mentorship role.
  • Proven success in closing leadership and niche tech roles.
  • Strong exposure to advanced sourcing strategies, Boolean searches, and social recruiting.
  • Experience managing ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
