Business Development Executive – Sustainability Solutions (UAE & KSA)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Hospitality & Healthcare Sustainability Division. This role is focused on expanding our footprint across the GCC by promoting innovative water- and energy-saving solutions.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about sustainability, confident in engaging with senior stakeholders, and experienced in driving new business within hospitality and healthcare environments. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, managing key accounts, and supporting the company’s regional growth strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across the GCC region

  • Generate qualified leads and build strong, long-term client relationships

  • Manage and grow existing key accounts within hospitality and healthcare sectors

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to strengthen market presence and brand positioning

  • Engage with Engineering, Technical, and Procurement teams to support project execution

  • Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal negotiations

  • Track market trends and identify opportunities for product and business expansion

  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce experience is a strong advantage)

  • Ensure timely follow-ups, reporting, and professional client communication

  • Travel within the GCC as required for business development activities


Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B business development or sales (GCC experience preferred)

    We prefer someone who can handle Arabic, English, Hindi language. 

  • Experience working with hospitality and/or healthcare projects is a strong advantage

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

  • Comfortable engaging with Engineering, Procurement, and Project stakeholders

  • Valid GCC driving license preferred

  • Willingness to travel across UAE & Saudi Arabia
