BASIS:Resource should be good in DB upgrade and installations1. Resource should have fair hands on experience with SWPM and SUM along with OS level activities.2. Resource should have good level of skills with SUM launch and SUM related issues3. Resource should have fair idea on SUM steps and what is expected to do in each step.Should be good in trouble shooting performance issues, load analysis and integration errors1. Resource should have fair idea on system usage validations, Process level issues, SQL trace analysis etc to trace root cause for performance issues2. Resource should have strong knowledge on load analysis from CPU and RAM Utilizations, Long running jobs and issues with network latency.Should be good in Parameter fine tune for better performance.1. Resource need to have good knowledge on parameter finetune and risk analysis to fine tune performance issues.2. Static and dynamic parameter with security parametersL3 Basis need to be hands on with DP agent configurations, Cloud connector upgrades1. HECOTHER tools like DP agents, cloud conn’s , SAC agents2. Trouble shooting skills, upgrade skills, integration skills, certs validation etcNW750 NetWeaver system installations and integrations1. Hands on experience with installations, NW configurations, certs renewals, Single sign on configurations, configtoolShould be good in Web dispatcher integrations and trouble shoot backend system connections.1. Backend system integrations, parameter changes, connectivity issues analysis skills.Should be good in handing customer calls, bridge calls, co-ordination with cross teams and etc..
