Job Description & Summary: A career within….

Responsibilities:

SAP EPPM & PS Implementation · Lead or support SAP EPPM and PS module implementations including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live. · Configure project structures (WBS, networks, activities), cost planning, budgeting, and settlement processes. Portfolio & Project Management · Implement and manage SAP Portfolio Management functionalities including: · Portfolio item creation and classification · Lifecycle phases and decision points · Resource and financial planning · Integration with SAP PPM Cockpit and Fiori apps Project Lifecycle Management · Support end-to-end project lifecycle including: · Project creation and planning · Time and cost tracking · Progress monitoring and reporting · Project closure and archiving Integration & Collaboration · Integrate SAP PS/EPPM with other modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, and CPM (Commercial Project Management). · Collaborate with business stakeholders to align project management processes with organizational goals. Reporting & Analytics · Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for project performance, resource utilization, and financial tracking. · Support KPI tracking and decision-making through SAP BI tools or embedded analytics. Documentation & Training · Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user manuals. · Conduct training sessions for project managers, planners, and finance teams. --- Required Skills & Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. · 5–10 years of experience in SAP PS and/or EPPM modules. · Strong understanding of: · WBS, networks, milestones, and activities · Cost planning, budgeting, and settlement · Resource and capacity planning · Portfolio item management and classification · Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA. · Familiarity with integration points with FI/CO, MM, SD, and HR. · Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. --- Preferred Qualifications: · SAP PS or EPPM certification. · Experience with SAP Fiori apps for project management. · Exposure to SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM).

· Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project methodologies. · Experience in industries like engineering, construction, manufacturing, or IT services
