EIS - Business Analyst - Senior Associate

These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

• Experience working with life, health and/or annuity or P&C insurance products.
• Excellent Understanding of complete policy administration system, Claim administration system and Billing.
• Having exposure to product life cycle management, application migration.
• Ability to understand and analyze the business requirements.
• Experienced in EIS or other similar enterprise insurance platforms (Guidewire, DuckCreek, Majesco)
• Experienced in Agile and scrum methodologies and knowledge of agile tools
• Experienced in requirement gathering, documentation of business requirements (BRDs, FRDs) and Business process documents, Use cases, HLDs, user stories.
• Experience facilitating functional walkthroughs for development and QA teams.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently within a team environment
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Must be systems-oriented, enjoy learning new products and tools, and be a self-motivated learner

• Insurance Certifications (AINS/CPCU/CII)
• Agile certification (CSM, Safe Practitioner)
