Job Description

WebLogic Development (60%)

Develop, enhance, and maintain Java/J2EE applications deployed on WebLogic.

Build and support integration components, web services, JMS, and adapters.

Create and optimize deployable packages, EAR/WAR/JAR files.

Develop and troubleshoot WLST scripts for automation.

Collaborate with solution architects to design scalable middleware solutions.

Optimize application performance through tuning, code enhancements, and debugging.

Work on WebLogic clusters, security configurations, connection pools, and messaging systems.

WebLogic Administration (40%)

Install, configure, and manage WebLogic domains, managed servers, clusters, and deployments.

Perform deployments, patching, upgrades, and environment migrations.

Monitor WebLogic server health, performance tuning, and log analysis.

Manage datasources, JMS modules, work managers, and security policies.

Handle incident management, RCA, production issues, and environment stabilization.

Coordinate with infrastructure, DBA, and development teams for environment support.

Ensure adherence to ITIL practices (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
