Collection Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collection Analyst to join our O2C team for a 3-month tenure. The ideal candidate should have experience in KPI collection and be ready for immediate onboarding. This position requires working the US shift (night shift).

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct KPI analysis and reporting within the O2C framework.
• Monitor accounts receivable metrics to ensure optimal cash flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve collection issues.
• Prepare monthly collection reports for management review.
• Engage with clients to facilitate timely payments.
• Analyze trends and propose actionable improvements in the collection process.
  
  

• Proven experience in collections and accounts receivable management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Familiar with KPI reporting and performance metrics.
  
  

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of the O2C process.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions.
• Background in finance or accounting.
