We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Associate Director, Software Engineering.

In this role, you will:

  • Individual contributor on testing function – Creating test plan, test scripts, test execution.
  • Core Skills – Domain expertise Payments – Instant Payments, MT and MX message formats
  • Prepare test artefacts of the testing function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and IT strategies.
  • Working with multiple testing teams, ensuring that testing phases for projects are executed to the highest standards. Well versed with Agile concepts, can bring in transformation for testing through shift left techniques.
  • Champion the adoption of advanced testing methodologies and prepare SME frame work test scenarios to best fit in for test automation, driving improvements in efficiency and quality.
  • Engage with global testing teams to share best practices and integrate advanced testing approaches across the organization.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, conducting thorough testing to identify product weaknesses and collaborating on comprehensive improvement plans.Represent testing at Project level meetings and status reporting.
  • Experience in working with Business stakeholders and partner with them on deliver quality product. Escalate risks to testing delivery, ensuring risks are managed to acceptable levels. Chaos Testing experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Overall 13+ years of experience, with at least 4-6 years of experience of leading large mission critical applications from quality assurance, payments testing and ensuring Regression packs robust perspective.
  • Good understanding of payments Instant, Value-added payments, MT & MX messages business. Proven experience in user requirement management in an IT environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate business needs into clear and concise technical requirements.
  • Experience with requirement tracking tools and benefit realization frameworks. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
  • Should have good experience on payments testing
  • In depth knowledge of integrating Regression Test Automation SME framework scenarios.
  • Design Chaos Test Scenarios and implement it. Good communication skills
