Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Center Manager to lead operations and drive business growth at our healthcare & wellness center. The role requires strong sales expertise, where the manager will be responsible for converting walk-in customers and leads into long-term clients, ensuring excellent customer experience and profitability of the center.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the wellness center, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive sales conversions by engaging with walk-in customers, explaining services, and enrolling them as clients.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and improve overall business performance.
  • Guide and train the team to adopt a customer-centric and sales-driven approach.
  • Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities to increase walk-ins.
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Monitor center performance, prepare sales/operations reports, and share with management.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, protocols, and wellness practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Healthcare, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales-driven roles within wellness, healthcare, hospitality, or retail industry.
  • Proven ability to convert prospects into clients and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Leadership skills to manage and motivate the team.
  • Local Language is a plus for Banglore - Kannada is mandatory and for Hyderabad - Telugu is mandatory.
