You will also participate in user and task analysis, representing the needs of the business while guiding the implementation of new technologies and processes. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to enhancing operational efficiency through well-defined documentation and process design. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines business processes and requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable requirements. - Experience in process mapping and documentation techniques. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage cross-functional relationships. - Familiarity with project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of process improvements.
