Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using Node.js.
• Refactor legacy code to enhance performance, readability, and architecture.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend developers, and designers to build and launch impactful features.
• Debug, test, and monitor APIs in live production environments to ensure reliability and stability.
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to team knowledge through code reviews and documentation.
• Contribute to the modernization and optimization of our AWS ECS-based backend deployment pipeline.
  
  

• 3–5 years of professional experience developing backend applications with Node.js.
• Strong grasp of RESTful API design, backend architecture, and service scalability.
• Experience with MongoDB data modeling and Redis caching strategies.
• Comfortable working with distributed systems and deploying to AWS infrastructure.
• Skilled in code refactoring and continuous improvement of existing systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Bonus: Familiarity with TDD/BDD, performance tuning, and developer productivity tools.
