About The Role

We currently have an opportunity to join our Utility Solutions Team in Bangalore, where we collate utility asset information from various sources (web links, emails, databases, etc.) and package it for our UK clients. This role offers the opportunity to learn new skills and grow professionally.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or any related field.
• Experience in GIS technical support with a proven track record is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Word).
• Strong knowledge of GIS and AutoCAD Map.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.
• Proactive problem solver.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in interacting with UK-based colleagues and clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Enthusiastic and flexible approach to varying workloads.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and technical support to a multi-disciplinary office.
• Competently use various systems, databases, AutoCAD, and GIS.
• Perform general administration tasks such as filing and data input.
• Be a team player and meet deadlines consistently.
• Liaise daily with the UK team and build strong working relationships.
• Carry out additional ad hoc activities as required by seniors or line managers.
• Be flexible to work UK hours if needed.
• Support various Utility Solutions business units as required.
