We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented PeopleSoft Developer (Fresher) to join our ERP development team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of ERP systems, programming fundamentals, and a willingness to learn PeopleSoft technologies and tools.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Assist in the development, customization, and maintenance of PeopleSoft applications.

Work on modules such as HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions based on project requirements.

Support integration and data migration activities.

Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and testing phases.

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.

Document technical specifications and maintain code quality standards.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• Bachelors of technology in Computer Science / Information technology / ECE.
• Year of passing – 2024 / 2025.
• 60 % throughout the academics 10+2+3
  
  

Internship or academic project experience in ERP or enterprise application development is a plus.

Exposure to Oracle technologies or any ERP system is an advantage.

We are looking for a Junior Software Developer with strong foundational skills in PL/SQL, Java, and C programming, along with excellent logical and analytical thinking abilities. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of robust enterprise systems and backend logic

SQL and PL/SQL, T-SQL/SQL, C/Java Programming skill, Logical ThinkingProblem-solving and debugging, Communication and collaboration, understanding business requirements and translating them to code.
