Background

Volvo Group is now starting the “transformation” journey with the first building block in the Marketing Roadmap supporting the 2025+ strategy. In the first step of this journey, Volvo is transforming from Managed to cloud service enhancing the existing Adobe platform even further. With the aim to improve marketing performance as well as our customer experiences.

In this Platform of Adobe, we are in close collaborating with the selected external IT partner for the system integration and implementation. Volvo Group Digital & IT and other parts of the Volvo organization are involved as well, in many different roles and on many different levels. Cross functional teamwork as its best.

Position Description

Within Volvo Group Digital & IT, we are now looking for an Adobe Cloud Architect, to join us.

As the Architect, you are responsible for the “big picture” solution design with multiple integrated systems and large data volumes (advising on ETL (Extract, Load, Transform) best practices). You are in control of the data model, and release management for the Cloud implementation enhancement.

Work with the marketing, technology, and architecture representatives to design and implement new customer experience strategies and solutions for the customers. Gather and manage the business requirements and project ideation. Create or contribute to the solution architecture design (SAD).You will translate business requirements into a technology solution and implement that solution in an accurate, efficient, and reliable manner.

You will work in an environment focused on cross-functionality, inclusion, value creation and innovation with our internal network of employees and partners working within Digital & IT, Regions, Dealers and Customer. Develop stronger working relationships with our cross-functional teams impacting the digital interaction within Volvo.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable and reliable Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEMaaCS), Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Campaign, .
• Ensure the security and performance of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
• Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather, understand and define business requirements.
• Understand and map business processes & challenges into our architectural landscape, ensuring scalable, secure, comprehensive solution designs.
• Collaborate with selected external IT supplier to determine best path for Adobe Cloud platform implementation and enhancement.
• Present high-level overviews of the Adobe architecture and integration capabilities.
• Identify project issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve.
• Responsible for the iteratively improving data model and architecture.
• Maintain and document technical processes and marketing automation and procedures, SLAs, programs, and workflows.
• Work with the Product and Development teams to understand the data and collaborate to identify opportunities for improvement in processing efficiencies.
  
  

Who are you?

• 3-7 years’ experience as an Adobe Architect
• Contributed to different projects/ implementations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members in different geographies.
• Excellent written (Business & Technical), verbal and listening communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong Java programming skills applied to Adobe Experience Cloud, enabling advanced customization and robust development.
• Portfolio of Adobe Experience Cloud architectural projects, showcasing technical achievements, innovative solutions, and project outcomes.
• Adobe certifications is a plus.
