Job Profile :

We are looking for driven individuals to join our Commercial Account Management team at Amagi. In this role, you will own a portfolio of commercial customer accounts, acting as a strategic advisor and solution expert to help clients fully leverage Amagi’s products and services. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving renewals, and identifying growth opportunities to generate additional revenue.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact for all customer queries, ensuring seamless service and support from Amagi.
  • Own and manage customer accounts, delivering an exceptional experience across all touchpoints.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and product users.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues with a sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Advocate for Amagi’s products and services, driving awareness and adoption within customer organizations.
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to expand Amagi’s footprint within accounts.
  • Drive renewals and account growth, focusing on high-value customers.
  • Monitor account health, analyze trends, and identify risks of churn or opportunities for expansion.
  • Maintain regular engagement with customers to align on business goals, roadmap priorities, and evolving needs.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback for continuous product and service improvement.
  • Develop expertise in Streaming TV, OTT, FAST, and content distribution to serve as a trusted industry consultant.
  • Take full ownership of customer success and satisfaction.


Skills and Expertise Required:

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing roles within Internet Publishing, Media & Entertainment, Broadcast, Streaming TV, OTT, or related industries.
  • Background in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Engagement Engineer.
  • Strong technical foundation with knowledge of digital media workflows, video streaming, content distribution, analytics, and monetization models.
  • Proven track record of building and sustaining customer relationships while driving engagement, upsells, and renewals.
  • Ability to understand customer business goals and strategies, and translate them into opportunities to deepen Amagi’s value and engagement.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional environment that requires initiative and adaptability.
