What we are looking for in our Product Design M

  Translate a product idea into a structured workflow while mentoring and guiding the team in designing the end-to-end user
• journeyZoom in to micro-interactions or user jobs/tasks to guide other designers starting out in the team and zoom out to spar the workflows & user journeys with stakeholders across Design, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success & Ma
• rketing.Lead the team in adopting a mobile-first approach, ensuring seamless, user-friendly experiences across devices. Focus on optimizing interactions, accessibility, and responsiveness to improve mobile exp
• eriencesWork seamlessly with cross-functional teams, proactively identifying opportunities to refine and enhance the product for continuous impr
• ovement.Present design solutions through compelling narratives, use cases, and interactive prototypes to align stak
• eholdersPartner with Product Managers to absorb research inputs, customer signals, and signals from the market to redesign existing journeys to make them easy for
• the userDrive design discovery sessions, partner for interviewing users, and be able to draw meaningful
• insightsEnhance and refine Uniqode’s design system while collaborating with partner design teams to uphold high design st

andards.
What we expect f

  9+ years of Product/UX Design e
• xperience.A bachelors or Masters degree in Design or related fields
• is a plusAt least 2 years of experience managing or leading a design team, including overseeing the design craft and leading 3–4 te
• am membersExpertise in mobile UX best practices and user-centered des
• ign (UCD).Ability to drive design thinking sessions and collaborate effectively with sta
• keholders.Understanding of design best practices, methodologies, and patterns to bring them into the desi
• gn at handThrives in fast-paced, high-growth env
• ironments.Curious, resourceful, and a team player with a passion for solving real-world
• problems.Proficient with design tools like Figma and Miro (but adaptable to oth
• er tools).Good understanding of engineering stacks and the product
• lifecycle.Strong sense of ownership, with an eye for great design and a commitment to crafting exceptional user ex
• periences.Open to feedback with a proactive attitude toward addres
• sing gaps.Experience talking to customers and gathering valuable
• feedback.Proven ability to guide and mentor junior
• designers.A strong portfolio showcasing your design craft, problem-solving approach, and the value delivered
