Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of systems, ensuring that all services meet the established performance standards and operational goals. Your role will also include documenting processes and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and knowledge transfer sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kubernetes. - Strong understanding of container orchestration and management. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Kubernetes. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
