The Multimedia Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing visually compelling multimedia content across digital and print platforms. This role integrates graphic design, motion graphics, video production, and interactive media to support branding, marketing, training, and corporate communications initiatives. The designer ensures all outputs align with brand guidelines, engage target audiences, and meet business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts and design solutions for digital assets, motion graphics, videos, presentations, animations, and print materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to translate project briefs into high-quality visual deliverables.
  • Produce video content including shooting, editing, color correction, and sound design.
  • Create interactive content for websites, social media, e-learning, and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain consistency with corporate branding, visual identity, and design standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality benchmarks.
  • Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creative output.
  • Optimize assets for various platforms and formats, ensuring accessibility and performance standards are met.


Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in multimedia design within a corporate, agency, or production environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), 3D design tools, and motion graphics software.
  • Experience in video production, animation, and interactive content creation.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative versatility across different media formats.
