The Role
As an Art Director, you will work closely with the Global Head of Creative to lead and execute creative concepts across multiple markets. You will oversee design execution, guide junior creatives, and ensure that the agency’s creative output maintains a high standard of innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership: Lead concept development and visual storytelling, ensuring alignment with project and brand objectives across various regions.
Ideation & Conceptualization: Drive ideation processes, fostering innovative thinking across teams and ensuring ideas are both creative and strategically sound.
Design Execution: Oversee the creation of static and motion-based assets, ensuring top-tier quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Copywriters, Strategists, Designers, and Account Managers to develop and execute compelling campaigns.
Mentorship & Development: Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and excellence.
Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends, new design techniques, and emerging technologies to keep our creative output innovative and fresh.
Client Interaction: Present and articulate creative ideas to clients, incorporating feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
Global Coordination: Collaborate with teams in different regions and accommodate meetings across various time zones when necessary.
Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in a creative role, with at least 1–2 years in an Art Director / Senior Art Director capacity.
Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills, with a proven ability to translate briefs into impactful visual solutions.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and understanding of AI tools and experience using tools.
Experience working across digital, social media, advertising, and brand campaigns.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and inspire junior creatives.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects with varied deadlines.
Experience in working with copywriters, strategists, production teams, and external vendors to bring creative visions to life.
Flexibility to accommodate meetings across different time zones as required.
