Campus Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Campus Recruiter to attract, engage, and hire early-career talent from universities and colleges. This role focuses on building strong campus partnerships, managing internship and graduate hiring programs, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute campus recruiting strategies aligned with annual hiring goals
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, faculty, and career centers
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for interns and FTEs from Campus.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and talent needs
• Promote employer brand on Engineering and Engineering campus
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics (applications, conversion rates, offers, acceptances)
• Ensure a positive, inclusive, and compliant candidate experience
• Support onboarding and early-career engagement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• 6m –2 years of experience in campus recruiting or early-career hiring
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Willingness to travel to campuses and attend events as needed
