Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential clients — factories, industrial units, and institutions — across Bangalore
• Meet with department heads/decision-makers and pitch VGO Solar's products and solutions
• Explain the cost and environmental benefits of solar power over conventional grid electricity
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
• Follow up consistently with leads and drive deals to closure
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and report progress to the reporting manager
• Represent the company professionally at all times during field visits
  
  

• Any bachelor's degree / 12th or PUC graduates; internship experience also considered
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, presentable, and comfortable meeting senior professionals/department heads
• Self-motivated with a go-getter, target-driven attitude and willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• A valid two-wheeler license preferred (for field visits)
