Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain and manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure accurate and up-to-date configuration items (CIs)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Applications, Network, Security) to validate and update CMDB entries

Perform regular audits and reconcile CMDB data with live environments to ensure consistency

Provide CMDB insights, dashboards, and reports to stakeholders and management

Support incident, problem, and change management processes using CMDB data

Act as backup for ManageEngine resources, ensuring seamless continuity of CMDB operations

Identify process improvement opportunities and support initiatives to enhance CMDB accuracy and efficiency

Work effectively in rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage of CMDB-related operations

Required Skills / Qualifications

Strong experience in CMDB management and IT service operations

Familiarity with ITSM tools, especially CMDB and ManageEngine

Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities

Knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, and cross-functional service operations

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
