As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer collaborates with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to maintain seamless integration and compatibility across environments. Continuous monitoring and adjustment of applications are key to delivering reliable and efficient services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
• Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases for future reference.
