Role Purpose

Lead monetization strategy for DriveX Direct by designing, implementing, and optimizing revenue-generating features, value-added services (VAS), and partner integrations. Drive sustainable growth in revenue per transaction and attach rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth: Own and achieve quarterly revenue targets from platform monetization streams and VAS.
  • Product Strategy: Define and deliver pricing, packaging, and bundling strategies for core offerings and add-ons.
  • Partner Integrations: Identify, onboard, and integrate VAS partners (insurance, finance, inspection, warranties, etc.).
  • Attach Rate Optimization: Design interventions to increase uptake of VAS per transaction.
  • Data-Driven Optimisation: Analyse buyer/seller behaviour to refine monetization levers and reduce churn.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with Tech, Ops, and Marketing to roll out monetization features seamlessly.

Requirements

Desired

  • 4–7 years of product management or monetization experience, ideally in marketplaces or transactional platforms
  • Proven track record in launching and scaling revenue-generating features
  • Strong commercial acumen with data-driven decision-making skills
  • Experience in managing external partnerships and integrations
