Job Description

Oversee and manage the Quality Assurance department for coated products.
Develop and implement quality standards, procedures, and specifications for all products.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure quality control processes are being followed.
Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement and address non-conformities.
Train QA staff on quality procedures and ensure adherence to regulations and standards.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues and meet customer requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends and technology to enhance quality practices.
Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and suggest improvements.
Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent field.
Strong knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Detail-oriented and able to analyze complex data.
