💼 Key Responsibilities

Be the go-to expert for P&C Commercial & Specialty (Re)Insurance

Guide teams on reading and interpreting insurance data

Help extract and label data to train smart AI models

Ensure high-quality, accurate, and complete data

Train and mentor teams on insurance concepts

Work closely with our tech teams to improve solutions

Use your underwriting knowledge to turn real-world logic into structured data

Solve (re)insurance queries and support the delivery team

✅ Requirements

Experience in P&C Insurance and (Re)Insurance

Underwriting experience is a big plus!

Strong knowledge of UK/US insurance markets

Clear communicator with an eye for detail

Comfortable working with remote/cross-functional teams

Passionate about innovation in the insurance space
