The SAP FICO Treasury Lead Consultant is a pivotal role within the finance domain, responsible for leading financial operations and treasury management through SAP systems. This role demands an expert with profound knowledge of SAP FICO and treasury management modules to design and implement effective financial solutions. As a leader, the consultant will oversee the integration of financial processes within the broader organizational framework to ensure streamlined operations. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and guiding them through system implementations, upgrades, and troubleshooting. 

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP FICO projects focusing on treasury processes to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations and solutions.
• Design and implement new financial and treasury processes in alignment with business goals.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP FICO and treasury modules to the finance team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions across the organization.
• Conduct user training sessions and workshops to enhance system understanding and utilization.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user manuals.
• Monitor system performance and address any issues or discrepancies in financial operations.
• Analyze complex financial data and provide strategic insights to improve treasury operations.
• Implement best practices in treasury and financial operations to drive efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, financial regulations, and internal policies.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide solutions for any SAP FI/CO treasury-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid experience with SAP FICO configuration and treasury management modules.
• Proven track record in managing financial and treasury functions within large organizations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Experience with SAP integration and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Proficient in developing and delivering training programs for end-users and technical teams.
