The B2B Sales Executive is an integral part of our sales team, responsible for driving our business growth by pursuing new sales prospects, managing customer relationships, and meeting ambitious sales targets. This role demands a strategic thinker who can understand and effectively communicate the value of our products to potential business clients. As a B2B Sales Executive, you will develop a robust sales pipeline, work to understand the needs of our target markets, and align them with our offerings to foster beneficial partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to customer solutions, and a passion for delivering tailored client service that enhances customer loyalty and satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet sales goals consistently.
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients through research and outreach activities.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
  • Engage with existing customers to promote and upsell additional services or products.
  • Present product features and benefits to prospective clients to close sales deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins benefits for the company.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional content and campaigns.
  • Attend networking events and conferences to promote our products and services.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and product improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver timely sales reports to management for strategic planning.
  • Offer after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention for future business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales with a history of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics in the B2B space.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts whilst seeking to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools for lead management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
