Job Summary

The SPE-Customer Service PR role is designed for individuals with 1 to 4 years of experience in customer service travel management and proficiency in MS Excel. The position offers a work-from-home model with rotational shifts providing flexibility and a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will enhance customer satisfaction and streamline travel management processes contributing to the companys mission of delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries efficiently and provide accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize travel management skills to assist customers with their travel-related queries and reservations.
  • Maintain and update customer records using MS Excel to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Implement best practices in customer service to achieve high levels of customer retention.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and recommend strategies for service improvement.
  • Provide timely and effective communication to customers regarding their service requests.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated with the latest customer service techniques and tools.
  • Support the development of customer service protocols to streamline operations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts to meet the demands of a global customer base.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in customer service and travel management to handle diverse customer needs.
  • Exhibit strong skills in MS Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Possess experience in reservation systems to enhance service efficiency.
  • Show adaptability to work-from-home and rotational shift environments.
  • Display excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
  • Have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in customer records.
  • Be proactive in identifying and solving customer issues.

Certifications Required

Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) in Excel
