Job Description
As a SUP-OPS-Coating Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the coating process in our production department. This includes planning, coordinating, and managing all coating operations to ensure the production of high-quality products. You will be expected to maintain a strong focus on risk assessment and management, production technology, resource management, and production planning and control.

Principal Accountabilities
Oversee the coating process to ensure the production of high-quality products.

Conduct risk assessments and manage potential risks in the coating process.

Utilize production technology to enhance coating operations and improve product quality.

Manage resources effectively to ensure optimal use and minimal waste.

Plan and control production processes to meet company targets and objectives.

Maintain a global mindset and demonstrate strong business and commercial acumen.

Foster a culture of people excellence and entrepreneurship within the team.

Stay updated with the technical know-how of API and ISO for pipe manufacturing.

Lead with vision and maintain a strong customer focus.

Encourage interdependencies within the team to promote collaboration and teamwork.

Uphold the companys commitment to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.

Solve problems effectively and efficiently to minimize disruptions in the production process.

Serve as a functional expert in operation and QA/QC for the pipe industry.

Utilize analytical thinking and process orientation to improve operations and enhance product quality.
