Job Description
- Purpose of Position
- To maintain architectural quality and ensure compliance with client’s design vision and statutory requirements.
- Major Responsibilities
- Review and refine architectural drawings for towers and bungalows.
- Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to resolve conflicts.
- Inspect finishing and detailing at site for aesthetics and quality.
- Advise on material selection and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with AP building codes.
- Qualification and Experience
- Graduate in Architecture with around 10 years of experience in architecture works for residential / commercial / institutional buildings.
- Skills & Qualities:
- Strong design and visualization skills.
- Practical knowledge of building codes.
- Eye for detailing and aesthetics.
- Effective communicator across disciplines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Should have good leadership abilities and skills.
- Should be able to manage a team under him.
- Should have a pleasing personality
- Good communication skills.
