Job Description

Machine Prep: Assemble, test, and sterilize dialysis machines and water systems before use.

Patient Care: Check and record patient vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature) before, during, and after treatment.

Monitoring: Watch patients closely for adverse reactions or complications during the dialysis process.

Safety & Hygiene: Follow strict infection control, sanitation, and biomedical waste disposal rules.

Documentation: Maintain accurate treatment logs and update patient medical charts

Requirements

Education: Diploma or B.Sc. in Dialysis Technology.

Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) or CPR certification preferred.

Soft Skills: Good communication, empathy, and patience.

Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long shifts and assist with patient movement.
