## Summary

* Collaborate closely with physicians and medical staff to interpret test results and provide timely diagnostic insights.

* Ensure strict compliance with laboratory quality assurance standards and regulatory guidelines.

* Document all findings accurately in patient records and generate detailed reports for clinical review.

* Assist in the calibration and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments to maintain optimal performance.

* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with evolving diagnostic technologies.

## Requirements

* Possess a degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Pathology, or a related biological science field.

* Demonstrate 0-1 years of hands-on experience in a clinical or laboratory setting.

* Exhibit strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex diagnostic data accurately.

* Maintain a high level of attention to detail and integrity when handling sensitive patient information.

* Possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical findings to non-technical medical staff.

* Be proficient in using standard laboratory software and electronic health record systems.
