Job Description
In your new role you will:
Talent Strategy and Network Expansion:
Establish effective TA strategies to attract top-tier candidates in the campus space.
Devise innovative approaches to enhance employer branding.
Implement new and improved sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.
Leverage professional and social media platforms to expand the candidate network and attract diverse candidates.
Utilize various recruitment channels including internal databases, job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates.
Establish and nurture relationships with universities and institutes to drive successful fresh graduate hiring initiatives.
Evaluate candidates based on organizational values and competencies to ensure cultural fit within the organization
End-to-End Recruitment and Process Management:
Manage and ensure seamless execution of onboarding activities to enhance the new hire experience in the recruitment process.
Ensure adherence to documentation, compliance, process and governance standards in talent acquisition activities.
HR Roles Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Proactively engage with business and external stakeholders to meet service level delivery and driving toward service excellence.
Collaborate with internal function stakeholders to support recruitment strategy and activities.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Graduate with minimum 8 years of relevant experience campus recruitment and graduate hiring.
Hands-on experience with relevant social media, events and recruiting channels.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Talent Application System.
Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally across various levels within the organization.
Ability to inspire others to achieve high standards and agile in adapting to changes.
Ability to be decisive, and ensure fast implementation.
Keen eye for detail and process and being time-sensitive to projects and task deliverables.
