About The Role

We’re hiring our first Risk Operations associate in GIFT City to help us keep our transactions safe and compliant as we scale. You’ll work on transaction monitoring, fraud checks, and risk investigations, while collaborating closely with our product, compliance, and operations teams. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn fast, own outcomes, and help us build a best-in-class risk function from the ground up.

What You’ll Own

  • Monitor transactions in real time to detect suspicious activity
  • Investigate fraud cases and escalate where necessary
  • Maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory requirements
  • Support testing and rollout of new risk tools and processes
  • Coordinate with partners to resolve risk incidents quickly

What We Need

  • 2–3 years’ experience in risk operations, fraud monitoring, or related areas
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow processes while spotting opportunities to improve them
  • Experience working in a regulated fintech or banking environment

Interview Process

  • Exploratory Call (20 mins) – Initial discussion with the recruiter to understand your background, expectations, and alignment with Aspora.
  • Core Competencies & Problem Solving (45 mins) – Discussion with the Operations Lead focused on analytical thinking, transaction monitoring, and live case problem solving.
  • Cultural Fitment (30 mins) – Final conversation with the leadership team to assess alignment with Aspora’s values, ownership mindset, and long-term vision.
