Performance Marketer Internship In Ahmedabad

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Update and maintain the daily master performance sheet with spend, leads, paid conversions, revenue, ROAS, conversion rate, and average ticket size at the ad level.
• Ensure all daily data is accurately fed before any analysis or decision-making.
• Manually analyze and classify leads as technical or non-technical.
• Monitor junk ratio trends and detect lead quality degradation early.
• Track CPL trends across 2–3 day windows and identify abnormal spikes.
• Identify specific ads responsible for CPL increases or performance drops.
• Monitor previously winning ads and detect creative fatigue.
• Analyze audience and targeting performance linked to lead quality and revenue.
• Maintain the Meta Budgeting Google Sheet and visualize CPL, spend, and lead trends.
• Conduct structured phase-wise monthly analysis (Day 1–10, 11–20, 21–30).
• Monitor daily spend fluctuations and control Meta overspending.
• Own overall ROAS tracking across all products.
• Collect regular feedback from SMO Head and team leaders (RoboAI & eDrive).
• Track connection rate, DNP rate, denial rate, ghosting rate, and open follow-ups.
• Correlate sales feedback with ad-level data before making decisions.
• Create sales enablement creatives when required.
• Draft WhatsApp and follow-up messaging for DNP, ghosting, and open leads.
• Monitor Google Ads performance and maintain CPL discipline.
• Optimize keyword-level performance and budget allocation in Google.
• Reallocate budgets across products based on revenue efficiency.
• Make scale, pause, or kill decisions based strictly on structured data.
• Maintain strict revenue accountability, not just lead generation
