Job Description
- Define and deliver the overall marketing strategy and annual budget in alignment with business objectives.
- Manage brand performance across multiple categories, working closely with OEM partners to ensure consistency with company and principal standards.
- Drive strategies that increase sales and strengthen market share for each brand.
- Lead cross-functional campaigns, sponsorships and high profile events to enhance visibility and brand equity.
- Operate as the key liaison with principals, agencies and government entities to ensure effective partnerships and impactful initiatives.
- Guide, develop and motivate direct reports to achieve results and build future leadership capability.
- Strong automotive marketing experience, preferably within an automotive OEM, importer or established dealer group; premium/luxury or EV/new-energy vehicle exposure would be an advantage.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with substantial experience in management capacity.
- Proven experience in developing and executing annual marketing strategies, brand plans and budgets aligned with commercial objectives.
- Strong experience in brand management and positioning, including building brand equity and ensuring adherence to Principal/OEM brand guidelines.
- Strong exposure to new brand/product launches, integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing and events.
- Ability to analyse brand performance, market intelligence, competitor activity and key business indicators and translate insights into commercial actions.
