Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support the marketing and sales activities of Natural Herbal, a manufacturer and exporter of natural herbal powders, henna products, and herbal hair-care products. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, promoting products, managing enquiries, and supporting domestic and international business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B customers, importers in domestic and international markets.
• Generate leads through online platforms, email marketing, LinkedIn, social media, trade portals and other channels.
• Contact potential customers and introduce Natural Herbal products.
• Prepare and send product quotations, company profiles, catalogues and offers.
• Follow up regularly with prospects for enquiries, samples, quotations and orders.
• Maintain and update customer and lead databases.
• Coordinate with the production, purchase, accounts and export departments to ensure smooth order processing.
• Handle customer enquiries regarding henna powder, herbal powders, natural hair colours and related products.
• Assist in developing new markets and identifying potential distributors/importers.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing and market trends.
• Support social media and digital marketing activities.
• Maintain professional relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
  
  

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Good English writing and speaking skills.
• Knowledge of B2B sales and digital marketing.
• Experience with LinkedIn, IndiaMART, Alibaba, email marketing or similar platforms will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Google Sheets.
• Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to independently search and develop new customers.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
