Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and a working knowledge of TDS and GST compliance. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling multiple sets of accounts and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting operations
• Pass journal entries and purchase entries in Tally Prime
• Handle documentation and record keeping
• Ensure compliance with TDS and GST regulations
• Prepare data for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings
• Reconcile accounts and assist with monthly and year-end closings
• Work on Input Tax Credit (ITC) calculations and manage GST 2B matching
• Coordinate with internal teams for account-related requirements
  
  

• Proficient in Tally Prime
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and TCS
• Good understanding of journal entries and basic accounting
• Familiarity with block credit concepts and statutory compliance
• Ability to work on multiple books of accounts
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
