Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Blockchain Developer role based in Ahmedabad. The

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Layer-1 consensus protocol in Rust.
• Build and maintain the formal TLA+ specification.
• Perform formal verification using TLC and Apalache.
• Implement Tower BFT consensus.
• Develop validator voting and leader election logic.
• Implement BLS12-381 signature aggregation.
• Optimize consensus performance for sub-second finality.
• Build consensus testing and simulation framework.
• Resolve consensus security audit findings.
• Collaborate with Protocol, Cryptography, Networking, and Security teams.
