Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Supervisor (225-729)

We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The E&I Supervisor will oversee the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and operation of electrical and instrumentation equipment within our facilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all electrical and instrumentation projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and instrumentation or a related field, combined with excellent leadership and project management skills. As an E&I Supervisor, you will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations and optimal productivity. You will lead a team of skilled technicians and collaborate with engineering staff to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all necessary equipment, thereby ensuring the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical and instrumentation teams effectively.
• Ensure all electrical and instrumentation projects are completed within set timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
• Develop and implement procedures to enhance the safety and efficiency of operations.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support plant operations.
• Identify and resolve issues related to electrical systems and control instrumentation.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory safety requirements.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to junior staff and technicians.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary equipment and materials.
• Prepare and present regular reports on project status and equipment performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Participate in regular safety audits and implement corrective actions when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation roles.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity within industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation equipment, systems, and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills are essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with cross-functional teams.
• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for E&I operations management.
