Job Description

The Territory Sales Officer at 24N25 is a dynamic and challenging role tasked with driving sales volume and enhancing our market presence within a defined geographical region. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets, managing key customer relationships, and developing new client accounts. As a Territory Sales Officer, you will also be instrumental in gathering market intelligence that will inform strategic decisions and sales tactics. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales or related fields. This position requires someone who is a self-starter, highly motivated, and capable of working independently while also being a part of a vibrant sales team.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the local market and competitive landscape.
  • Establish strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively implementing sales strategies and tactics.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed sales presentations to prospective clients to secure business deals.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to develop and execute regional marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor customer preferences and feedback to stay informed about market trends.
  • Compile and analyze sales data to identify patterns and drive sales growth strategies.
  • Provide quality customer service by resolving client issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Report on regional sales activities to the sales manager and suggest improvements.
  • Manage budgets within the territory to maximize the effective use of resources.
  • Attend industry-related events and workshops to expand professional networks and gather market insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a relevant field.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to travel within the territory as required by the role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
