Job Description

As a Telesales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales team by generating leads and engaging potential customers over the phone. You will be responsible for promoting our products and services to both prospective and existing clients, facilitating sales opportunities while offering excellent customer service. Your primary goal is to meet or exceed the sales targets set by the organization in a fast-paced sales environment. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams, using your interpersonal skills and product knowledge to convert inquiries into sales opportunities. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will help to retain and grow our customer base through telesales campaigns and initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective clients to generate sales.
  • Answer incoming calls from potential customers, providing product information.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and quota set by management.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and provide timely information to customers.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
  • Handle customer inquiries with enthusiasm and provide comprehensive responses.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet departmental objectives and strategies.
  • Document and update customer records and sales activities in CRM software.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend products that best suit their requirements.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve sales skills and product understanding.
  • Generate sales reports and provide insights on customer trends and feedback.
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities within an established period for optimal conversion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or similar customer service role is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with a persuasive spoken manner and confidence.
  • Ability to handle sales targets and pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and adaptability.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications effectively.
  • Good negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections consistently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus.
