The role of a Tele Caller Executive is integral to any organization engaging in outbound or inbound telephonic communication. As a Tele Caller Executive, you will serve as the bridge between the company and potential or existing customers, providing exceptional service to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as you will be dealing with a variety of customers over the phone. Your responsibilities will include conducting both inbound and outbound calls to confirm orders, provide information, respond to queries, and handle any concerns customers might have, ensuring that a positive and efficient customer experience is delivered at all times. You should be adept at using CRM software, possess a persuasive attitude, and have the drive to achieve set sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote product offerings effectively.
  • Handle inbound queries and provide information to customers regarding products and services.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, following company guidelines.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to address any post-purchase questions or to generate leads.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve call scripts and sales pitches.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
  • Participate actively in company meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
  • Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed on industry developments.
  • Use interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers to foster loyalty.
  • Adapt and respond to different types of customer personalities efficiently.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
  • Proficient in using computer software and CRM tools effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service roles is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle objections persuasively and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is desirable.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Must possess excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team.
