The Social Media Manager is a dynamic and strategic role responsible for developing and managing social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.   • Organize and execute social media advertising campaigns to promote brand initiatives.
  • Identify and engage with key influencers and brand advocates to build community rapport.
  • Develop and manage social media calendars and coordinate content scheduling.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Craft clear and compelling copy that aligns with the brand’s tone and voice.
  • Report regularly on social media performance and insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to design engaging multimedia content.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines consistently.
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager.
