The Senior Associate – Human Resources plays a vital role in managing and enhancing the organization's human resources functions. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relation issues.
  • Conduct onboarding processes and ensure a seamless integration for new hires.
  • Assist in talent acquisition strategies, including job postings and candidate screenings.
  • Manage employee records and ensure confidential handling of sensitive information.
  • Support performance management processes, including performance evaluations and feedback.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for staff members.
  • Oversee benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Participate in HR projects aimed at improving employee experience and satisfaction.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support business decision-making processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role is required.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Proven experience in handling confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
