Job Description

A Sales Officer is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales team members to achieve team sales goals.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Develop client proposals and negotiate contracts that align with company goals.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Review sales performance against agreed targets and adjust tactics when necessary.
  • Provide market feedback to the product development teams to improve products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong analytical skills and an understanding of market dynamics are crucial.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
