Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff member efficiently.
  • Maintain the reception area tidy and presentable with necessary supplies.
  • Provide basic and accurate information both in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries promptly.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain conference room calendars accurately.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing documents.
  • Handle sensitive information confidentially and discreetly at all times.
  • Coordinate front-desk activities and ensure the reception area operates smoothly.
  • Issue visitor badges and maintain visitor logs for security management.
  • Liaise with facility management for any maintenance or repair requests.
  • Support office staff with their administrative needs as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Customer service orientation and ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude towards serving guests.
