As an Operations Processing Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operational functions within our organization. You will collaborate with various departments to facilitate efficient processing of tasks while maintaining effective communication and coordination. Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate processing and documentation of operational tasks and requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments for seamless workflow and operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the company’s database and filing systems.
  • Identify and rectify discrepancies in processing data and documentation promptly.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards in all operational processes.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity within operations.
  • Provide support and training to new team members regarding operational procedures.
  • Generate and analyze reports to monitor processing metrics and KPls.
  • Respond to internal and external queries regarding operation processes effectively.
  • Assist in developing operational guidelines and documentation for department use.
  • Participate in cross-departmental meetings to align operational objectives and goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an operations or processing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex operational issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, required for the role.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and operational software is a significant advantage.
