Job Description

The Operations Manager is a crucial leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of an organization.   • Prepare and manage budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define and execute business plans.

  • Develop and maintain operational procedures to standardize workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills for team management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using operations management software and MS Office tools.
